JTJ is made up of the following modules:

QUOTATIONS		Produces quotations for customer enquiries and allows them to be progressed.
PARTS		Defines parts, how they are made and how they are assembled.
SALES ORDERS		Allows incoming orders to be taken, monitored and despatched as well as maintaining customer details.
WORKS ORDERS		Allows jobs to be raised and progressed, and issues materials to the job.
PURCHASING		Allows purchase orders to be raised and monitored as well as maintaining invoice and supplier details.
JOB COSTING		Provides costing and performance data plus the manipulation of timesheet information.
INVOICING		Produces invoices, pro-forma invoices and credit notes from sales orders or despatches.
ADMIN		Allows users, permissions and printers to be set up.

A feature common to all these modules is the ability to query information on the screen and to produce reports based on these query criteria.
