JTJ is an information software package specifically developed for manufacturing industry to put
you in control and keep you there. It generates quotations, processes the work from
buying the necessary materials to controlling the manufacture, issues invoices and keeps a check
on credit control- all in one integrated package.
Developed using the latest programming languages and database management
systems, JTJ is simplicity itself to use and is based on common sense principles. It has ample storage
space for data and ad-hoc notes on the notepad facility, and works with windows and lookups.
Its is uniquely flexible and suits all types of manufacturing environments, due to the fact that it
is built up from individual modules that can be purchased
separately or in groups at any stage, so to be joined together later.
JTJ will tell you at what stage each job is at, what parts are required and when, from where and
at what cost they were last ordered. It will generate all the reports and information that you will
need (displayed in graphical form if required) to ensure that your products are made on time, to
the right specification and quality and most importantly, profitably.
It will give many of your key staff the opportunity to significantly increase the amount of work
they can do in any one day, relieving bottleneck situations caused by inefficient working practices
and allowing them to be deployed in the Sales Office.
JTJ gives you the control to increase and maintain standards to the point of obtaining
BS5750/ISO9000 and once in operation to monitor those standards. Indeed, it can
significantly reduce the costs inherently associated with the certificate once achieved.
It is often the case that a good system is let down by lack of support. This is not the case with
JTJ, which by its nature and ease of operation requires very little. We do, however endeavour to offer
a superior level of round the clock support for those occasions when it is necessary. Utilizing the
latest technology, a modem link can be used so that we can see exactly the problem. Each
keystroke on your terminal is replicated in front of our support staff and vice versa enabling
immediate problem solving.
We now offer this product under the Application Service Provider Model, which runs the software remotely
giving you total peace of mind that the software is always up to date and the data is secure
without the expense of a dedicated system manager.
